A Unique Culinary Experience

Seasonal Dining specializes in small-scale, personalized experiences mainly in Andros, Greece.  Embracing a food-focused lifestyle, Alex traded bustling city kitchens for the tranquility of island life. When he's not working on an organic vegetable farm, he dedicates himself to creating European menus inspired by regional and seasonal ingredients found in Greece.  From homemade breads like oven-baked focaccia, and fluffy brioche, to freshly-made pastas, Chef Alex ensures a delightful culinary journey. With locally sourced vegetables, meats, and just-caught seafood, he tailors dishes to your preferences and dietary needs. Enjoy an elevated and customized dining experience in his capable hands.

Dining Services

Six Course Fine Dining

The six course service is for groups of six to twenty guests. Each menu is well balanced consisting of familiar and signature European fine dining dishes. Freshly prepared bread, handmade pasta, locally sourced organic vegetables, meats and just caught fish are all included in these menus. This is the complete Seasonal Dining experience.  

Four Course Fine Dining

The four course service is designed to accomodate couples but not restricted to. Each menu is capable of being carried out in smaller holiday homes with limited kitchen space. With this service the main course is always a hand made fresh pasta dish.

Traditional Greek Cuisine

This service brings an elevated traditional Greek taverna style meal to your home. For a minimum of eight guests several greek meze style dishes are centred and shared.  The main course sharing platters are grilled on an open fire. 

Weddings & Events

In collaboration with a wedding planner and at a venue of your choice Seasonal Dining provides a variety of menu styles to best fit your wedding dinner or special event. Menu styles range from buffet, Greek meze and sharing platters, and a fully plated and serviced fine dining menu.  

Boat Picnics

Boat picnics are a new addition to the 2024 service list where Chef Alex will join you on your boat trip and serve a seafood focused menu.  A complete meal consisting of freshly baked bread, locally sourced fish and seafood are now available to enjoy on your boat trips without the need of stopping off at a restaurant. 

Pop-Up Dinners

Pop-up Dinners can also be considerd a day or weekend restaurant or bar takeover.  These menus are usually customised to accomodate the style of the venue.  Some examples include freshly prepared Napolitan style pizzas, American style burgers and dining, Christmas or New Years dinners and fine dining experiences.
